Coincidentally, I also had an ortho appt today. Thankfully my days of torture are long over, though. I have a retainer bonded to the back of my bottom teeth (got it when I got the braces off) and the tech raved about how clean it was underneath and how I did such a good job flossing. Um, yeah, no. I don't floss. Flossing with the retainer is as bad as it was with braces, so I don't do it. I did, however, take credit for it just the same. You are going to be killer!
