Heaven on Earth

September 5th, 2008

I don’t know what it is about the combination of Rice Krispies, butter and marshmallows, but Rice Krispies Treats are quite possibly the world’s most perfect food.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to bury my face in a pan of heaven.

    They were my pregnancy weakness. Damn, now you made me miss being pregnant if only I could justify shoving my face full of that gooey goodness.

    They say in heaven, love comes first…. ooooh.. heaven is a place on earth.

    And the homemade ones are infinitely better than the pre-made ones we have in our pantry tempting me right this very second!

    OMG, you are so right. That is one treat I’ve always been tempted to make when R is out traveling so I could eat the entire pan, still warm, in one sitting with no witness.

    Mine dont even make it to the pan. I just eat the gooey mess right out of the bowl. Then I have to make another batch for the kids…its my weakness.
